Owner of a CLTB home
By embarking on the Ecluse project, I not only have the prospect of becoming a to become a homeowner, which until now unthinkable until now, but I am also involved in a great collective collective adventure.

Owner of a CLTB home
I own three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small deck. As a homeowner, I am saving money for myself while using the property. This way, my children will have a base and won't have to start from scratch. For me, it's a bit like Alice in Wonderland...

Future CLTB Homeowners
When you have a large family and you get notice, you don't sleep... When I found out I was going to be a homeowner, I knew I was never going to have that anxiety again. I've been feeling good for a few years now, since I've been in the Rainbow Group. I already know my future neighbors and I know that it will go well.

What do we do

Creating affordable housing

We build affordable housing for low-income Brussels inhabitants. Thanks to our innovative solution, our residents buy their housing but not the land. The result? Our homes cost on average 25% less than those on the private market!

Community Work

Residents are involved in the design and management of our housing projects. We support them in this process so that they are able to manage their homes independently on a daily basis.

Diffusion of the CLT model

With our partners, we have contributed to the creation of several Community Land Trusts in Belgium and Europe. We provide expertise and information to support them in launching projects.
