This project is part of the development of the Tivoli site, which will be transformed into a new sustainable neighbourhood.
Since 2014, numerous meetings have been held between CityDev and CLTB to explore possible collaborations for the development of a CLTB project on the Tivoli site.
In order to be able to offer its public social housing in the future sustainable Tivoli district, the CLTB Foundation has exceptionally agreed to work on the condition of emphytheusis.
In accordance with the Tivoli subdivision plan, the project involves the construction of two buildings, including 22 dwellings with 1 to 4 bedrooms.
