The Community Land Trust Brussels is convinced that stable, quality housing is an essential condition for people’s well-being. It supports the construction of a city in which all people on low incomes live in affordable housing.

From €40 per year paid into the Friends of the CLTB Fund of the King Baudouin Foundation, your donations are tax deductible at 45% of the amount of the donation, up to a limit of 10% of your tax. For example, a donation of €40 will only cost you €22 after tax deduction!
